In the spirit of the Edmundite tradition of service to others, the Saint Michael's Club of Portland invites you to join alumni, families and friends in a community service project at Preble Street.

7:00 - 10:00 a.m. 

Preble Street provides accessible barrier-free services to empower people experiencing problems with homelessness, housing, hunger and poverty and to advocate for solutions to those problems. With the help of over 5,000 volunteers, Preble Street now serves over 500,000 meals per year to homeless and low-income adults, children and families. 

Service project will involve serving breakfast at the Preble Street Resource Center Soup Kitchen. Volunteers are asked to wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes.
